Don´t Panic – You can easily continue surfing, just a little slower. Your surfing speed is limited to 32 Kbit/s in download and upload.
If that’s not enough for you, you can easily book a DataSnack of 1GB for only €5.00 or the DataSnack of 2GB for €8.00 in your easyTEL app.
You can currently pay at easyTEL with PayPal or by direct debit. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, go to PayPal.de and register there.
You can use easyTEL abroad as usual. Please note that there are corresponding costs in other countries. The amount of the costs are depending on the country you are staying. You can find the prices in your easyTEL app in the price list.

No, if you select the setting “Log in automatically at start” in the APP SETTINGS, you will automatically be taken to the customer area when you start the app without having to enter your login data manually. Just easy.
